Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP:
Cost: Free
Exmoor Emporium, 1a Lowerbourne House, High Street, Porlock TA24 8PT
Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Saturday, between the hours of 10am - 2pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
Cost: Free
During checkout, enter your address and click the "continue to delivery" button.
Free local delivery is available for addresses within TA24 Postcode area. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 1pm (during store hours, Tuesday - Saturday) will occasionally be delivered the same day, though most likely it may be the next working day. Delivery of orders placed outside of these hours will be arranged with you via email or phone.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY RATES
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 working days using Royal Mail.
Please note: We do not ship outside of United Kingdom at this time. We offer free shipping for orders over £20.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Sale items are non-refundable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at exmoorcandlecompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
